產(chǎn)品描述：Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells are isolated from the lymph node tissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice and hold a critical role in immune function. These specialized cells act as semipermeable barriers, regulating the passage of lymph-borne antigens into the lymph node parenchyma,Mouse Lymphatic Endothelial Cells and intriguingly, they can also function as antigen-presenting cells. These cells facilitate the movement of leukocytes into the lymph node through the sinus system and aid lymphocytes in their exit from the parenchyma. Beyond these functions, lymphatic endothelial cells actively participate in lymph node organogenesis and engage in bidirectional signaling with other sinus-resident cells, particularly subcapsular sinus macrophages, creating a unique lymphatic microenvironment. They express key lymphatic endothelial markers, including VEGFR3/Flt-4, podoplanin, Prox-1, and D6, as well as CD34, ICAM-1, VCAM, and JAM-A.
